Suited for Success provides interview preparation and FREE high-quality interview clothes, styling advice and presentation skills for unemployed men and women going for a job interview. We work on a referral/appointment basis ONLY and all referred clients must have proof of a guaranteed job interview. Appointments are one-to-one and last approximately 1 hour 30mins. Clients referred to us are given a short interview coaching session and a complete suit or smart interview outfit (including shoes and accessories depending on availability) so they look great, feel more confident ready to succeed in their job interview.

 

All the clothing is given 'FREE OF CHARGE' and the client gets to keep the outfit. Our clothing is of high quality and a mixture of new and pre-worn clothes donated by professional men and women. All the clothing is carefully sorted and dry cleaned. 

 

Clients are also given a helpful checklist of tips and advice to help them succeed in their interview

Booking a Suited for Success appointment

​

Our goal is to help people look great and feel confident ready to succeed in their job interview.

​​

• Suited for Success appointments are by REFERRAL ONLY.

 

• Clients MUST be referred by their work coach, employment advisor or support worker via email using our appointment form giving details about the client and guaranteed job interview.  (Last-minute appointments can also be made by calling Suited for Success on 0121 236 7770).

 

• Clients MUST have a CONFIRMED job interview (including an apprenticeship) before being referred.

 

• Clients who have a confirmed work placement in a smart workwear environment can also be referred for our service.

 

• Once we have received a completed appointment form we will then contact the client to arrange an appointment date and time for them.

 

• Clients must take evidence of their job interview (apprenticeship or job placement) along with them when attending their appointment.

PLEASE NOTE:

​​

• We will make every effort to find appropriate interview attire for each client; however, we cannot always guarantee a complete outfit to everyone (i.e a pair of shoes) due to the availability of specific sizes, colours and styles.

​

• If the client is more than 20 mins late the appointment will be cancelled and will need to be rearranged by the referral agency. However, if the client fails to turn up for their appointment without contacting Suited for Success to say they are unable to make the appointment another appointment will NOT be rescheduled.

​​

• We also would ask clients not to bring children, friends or family members with them. However, a caseworker or a representative from your agency is welcome, but not required to attend with them.

​

NB: Suited for Success is a service that prepares clients for a job interview. Our service does not provide work clothing once the client has gained employment. 

​
