Our Team - Caroline Hill - Trustee
Caroline is Head of People - Audit & KPMG Business Services at KPMG UK. She has extensive experience of working in many different sectors, both in HR and operational roles. Her previous role was Chief People and Strategy Officer at Wesleyan where she is proud to have played a part in bringing the people agenda to the top table as well as leading the future strategy work.
Caroline started working with Suited for Success in October 2020 as a volunteer whilst on a 6 month career break.She has been part of the team working on the ground to support our clients throughout the lockdown period.
Before Wesleyan, Caroline held senior positions at Santander, GEOAmey and Vodafone as well as working as a Consultant for several years. She is also a current member of the West Midlands Modern Services Board.

I am delighted to be working with the other trustees to shape the future of the Charity and to level the playing field for people who are out of work and to help them break the cycle of unemployment and realise their true potential.”
