Donate a suit
Every suit and item of smart clothing will dress someone ready to face a job interview with confidence and make that crucial great first impression count.
We take donations of new or 'excellent quality' gently worn male and female suits or smart clothing (shirts, trousers, dresses, skirts, shoes, and accessories) suitable to wear to a job interview.
BEFORE YOU DONATE
Over a third of the public clothing donations we receive are unsuitable for our work. This means a large amount of our time, that should be spent supporting our clients. is spent sorting through unsuitable clothing.
WHAT WE DO NOT TAKE
Please note we do not take the following items:
Clothing that is stained, in need of repair, or really worn.
Casual clothing including jeans, t-shirts, trainers or sandals
Really worn shoes or in need of repair
Used socks, stockings or underwear
Polite Notice: Please sort through your items to ensure they are suitable before donating them to us. We kindly request that ALL donations are in excellent condition and suitable for our clients to make a great first impression in a 'job interview'.
WHAT WE DO TAKE

We are always especially in need of good quality men's shoes, small sized slim fit men's suits ( 34 - 36 chest, 28- 30 waist trousers) size 18+ women's clothes also modest women wear (long-lined skirts and dresses, tunic dresses, abayas, long-sleeved tops, new leggings).
How to donate
Donations can be dropped off at our centre on the following days and times:
Thursdays: 10am - 1pm
Fridays: 10am - 1pm
Please get in touch with us to book an appointment to drop off your donation email@example.com. Facemasks must also be worn and social distancing adhered to when dropping off. Please do not leave bags of clothing outside our centre.

Postal donations via DropPoint
Suited for Success has teamed up with a not-for-profit platform called DropPoint to receive donations via CollectPlus postal delivery service.
You can send up to 10kg from just £4.49 (a charity discounted rate). Conveniently drop your parcel off at your nearest CollectPlus store and your donation will be delivered directly to us via a parcel courier.
Simply parcel up your donations. (Please note: the maximum size for sending a parcel with this service is 60cm x 50cm x 50cm and it must weigh under 10KG).

Arrange a donation suit drive
If your office or company would like to organise a suit drive for us please get in touch. We would be really happy to explore ideas with you, provide our logo and publicity also arrange a collection if in the Birmingham area.
