Suited for Success provides interview preparation and FREE high-quality interview clothes, styling advice and presentation skills for unemployed men and women going for a job interview. We also help people prepare to start a new job. Our mission is to help people look and feel confident ready to succeed in their job interview and gain successful employment.

About our clothing provision appointments

​

IMPORTANT APPOINTMENT INFORMATION​

​

All clothing provision appointments (both interview and new job start clothing) are one-to-one and last approximately 2 hours. 

 

ALL appointments include a 1-hour coaching session followed by a dressing session with our styling team to pick out a suitable smart interview outfit (including shoes and accessories depending on availability) to look great and feel more confident ready to succeed in a job interview or a new job start capsule work wardrobe of clothing items.

All the clothing is given 'FREE OF CHARGE' and the client gets to

keep the clothing. Our clothing is 'very high quality' and a mixture

of new and pre-worn clothing kindly donated by professional men and women,  also retailers. All pre-worn clothing is carefully sorted and dry cleaned.

 

Appointments must be booked online.

We do not take appointment bookings over the phone.

About our interview coaching sessions

​

Having the right interview techniques and skills can make all the difference between getting the job or being disappointed once again. Our interview coaching appointment service offers the opportunity to practice interview skills in a supportive and friendly environment. As a result, our clients feel more confident, less nervous and will dramatically improve their chances of getting that job.

 

No guaranteed job interview is needed to book a coaching session with Suited for Success.An interview coaching appointment can also be booked if clothing provision is not required.

About our New Job Start appointments

​

A one-to-one coaching session to ease those new job start nerves also includes a selection of smart work clothing essentials. (Exclusive for clients who have had a prior appointment with us).

 

We offer an informal one-to-one New Job Start appointment to help with any anxieties that comes with starting a new job. The appointment also includes a capsule wardrobe of smart work clothing (appropriate with the type of job) if required.

(PLEASE NOTE: WE CAN ONLY OFFER A NEW JOB START APPOINTMENT TO CLIENTS WHO HAVE HAD A PREVIOUS APPOINTMENT WITH SUITED FOR SUCCESS. A NEW JOB START APPOINTMENT IS NOT AVAILABLE TO BOOK ONLINE. PLEASE CONTACT US TO BOOK AN APPOINTMENT).

How to book an appointment with us

​

Our goal is to help people look great and feel confident ready to succeed in their job interview.

​​

• ALL appointments must be booked through our online booking page. Clients can book their own appointments. Appointments can also be booked by a work coach or support worker.  (Please note:  we do not take appointment bookings over the phone).

​

• Clients must have EITHER a confirmed job interview (including an apprenticeship) or are actively looking for work. Or a new job start date. (FOR A LIMITED TIME AS OUR RESPONSE TO COVID-19 AND COST OF LIVING CRISIS, NO GUARANTEED JOB INTERVIEW IS NEEDED TO BOOK A COACHING APPOINTMENT. AN INTERVIEW OUTFIT WILL ALSO BE PROVIDED).
   

• A CV MUST be sent to confirm an appointment. (If no CV is sent by 3pm the day before the appointment, the appointment will be cancelled).

• All appointments will be confirmed by telephone the day before the appointment by a member of the Suited for Success team. (If we are unable to contact the client to confirm by 3pm the day before, the appointment will be cancelled).

​

• Our appointments get booked up very quickly. If your required appointment date and time is not available please contact us by email: info@suitedforsuccess.co.uk or Tel: 0121 236 7770 to be added to a waiting list incase there are cancellations.

PLEASE NOTE:

​​

• All NO SHOW appointments cannot be rebooked.

​

• We will make every effort to find appropriate interview clothing provision for each client; however, we cannot always guarantee a complete outfit for everyone (i.e a pair of shoes, specialist sized clothing) due to the availability of specific sizes, colours and styles.

​

• If a client is more than 20 mins late the appointment will be cancelled and will need to be rearranged. However, if the client fails to turn up for their appointment without contacting Suited for Success to cancel another appointment WILL NOT be rescheduled.

​​

• We also would ask clients not to bring children, friends or family members with them. However, a caseworker or a representative from your agency is welcome, but not required to attend with them.
