Chief Executive
Patricia has extensive experience and skills in leadership, project management and corporate partnership working. Her passion is to create innovative platforms for the corporate and business sector to partner with the charity/third sector to work together and impact the lives of unemployed people on the margins of our society.
Susan Davies
Chair of Trustees
Susan Davies is Head of Business, Santander UK, leading a team across a national network who work hard and are highly motivated to help people and businesses prosper. She is a confident speaker and engages audiences on support for business, entrepreneurship, social enterprises and empowerment.
Caroline Hill
Caroline is Head of People - Audit & KPMG Business Services at KPMG UK. Her previous role was Chief People and Strategy Officer at Wesleyan where she is proud to have played a part in bringing the people agenda to the top table as well as leading the future strategy work.
Trustee
James has 20 years' experience in Market Research and Customer Experience, and completed his MBA in 2007. He founded his business, PRPSFL, to inspire people to find their Purpose, so they can love work and lead more fulfilling lives. He has volunteered at Suited For Success since 2019.

Lyn Bromley
Lyn Bromley is the managing director of First Impressions Training Ltd. She is an experienced people manager, trainer and consultant. Her wide-ranging corporate background has been spent entirely in professional services and spans finance, software, training, consultancy and project management.

Our staff and volunteers
Suited for Success relies on passionate staff and committed volunteers. From our head stylist and styling team, administrators and business professionals offering a few hours a month doing one-to-one interview coaching appointments with clients to volunteer days with teams of staff from local businesses. Our team of staff and volunteers are instrumental in the day-to-day running of the charity, from one-to-one coaching, dressing and styling our clients or organising donations to simply welcoming clients with an offer of a cup of tea.
