Patricia has extensive experience and skills in leadership, project management and corporate partnership working. Her passion is to create innovative platforms for the corporate and business sector to partner with the charity/third sector to work together and impact the lives of unemployed people on the margins of our society.
Chair of Trustees
Sarah is a solicitor at Bevan Brittan LLP with a specialism in corporate, governance and projects work for housing associations, local authorities and charities. Sarah is one of the founding trustees of Suited for Success and has played an instrumental role in the initial pilot, set up and development of the charity since 2015.
Lyn Bromley is the managing director of First Impressions Training Ltd. She is an experienced people manager, trainer and consultant. Her wide-ranging corporate background has been spent entirely in professional services and spans finance, software, training, consultancy and project management.
After qualifying in Business studies in the early 1980's Ian trained in legal costing and set up a partnership owned costing company in 1993 and become the sole director from 2016. Ian also played an instrumental part in the initial pilot and became a trustee from the inception of Suited for Success in 2015.
Susan Davies is a Managing Director, Santander Business, leading a team across a national network who work hard and are highly motivated to help people and businesses prosper. She is a confident speaker and engages audiences on support for business, entrepreneurship, social enterprises and empowerment.
Julie is an associate at Eversheds Sutherland law firm and is one of the founding trustees of Suited for Succes. Julie has played an instrumental role in the initial pilot, set up and development of Suited for Success since 2015.
Thomas manages the visual presentation of the Suited for Success referral centre, he also coordinates and organises the stock, generous donations and enquiries received on a daily basis.

Angela manages the day-to-day administration of Suited for Success from booking appointments and responding to general enquiries to supporting the CEO and board of trustees to ensure the smooth and co-ordinated running of Suited for Success.
Our Young Professionals Board
The initial set up of Suited for Success in 2015 was a collaborative CSR community project inspired by a board of young professionals working in law firms, banks and corporate businesses in Birmingham.
In 2019 Suited for Success launched an exciting partnership project with TAG Network Midlands called 'The Bright Thinking Project', working with a group of socially aware active young professionals wanting to make a positive social impact in the city. As part of the project, a new Young Professional Board was formed with the ambition to engage with other young professionals in the city and explore creative innovative ways to address the social issues of unemployment and make a difference.

Suited for Success relies on passionate committed volunteers. From business professionals offering a few hours a month doing one-to-one interview coaching appointments with clients to volunteer days with teams of staff from local businesses. Our core team of volunteers are also instrumental in the day-to-day running of the charity, from dressing and stying our clientsor organisating donations to simply welcome clients with an offer of a cup of tea.
