Chief Executive
Patricia has extensive experience and skills in leadership, project management and corporate partnership working. Her passion is to create innovative platforms for the corporate and business sector to partner with the charity/third sector to work together and impact the lives of unemployed people on the margins of our society.
Susan Davies
Chair of Trustees
Susan Davies is Head of Business, Santander UK, leading a team across a national network who work hard and are highly motivated to help people and businesses prosper. She is a confident speaker and engages audiences on support for business, entrepreneurship, social enterprises and empowerment.
Lyn Bromley
Lyn Bromley is an experienced Director with a demonstrated history of working in the enterprise performance management (EPM) industry. Strong commercial experience, team development and relationship building skills. Her wide-ranging corporate background has been spent entirely in professional services and spans finance, software, training, consultancy and project management.

Matt has a 30 year background in International M&A and finance raising with PwC, advising PLCs, private equity backed businesses and fast growing private businesses on their strategic and financing options. Various Leadership roles at PwC included Chief Operating Officer and Head of Regions for the UK Corporate Finance business, in addition to leading the Midlands based Corporate Finance team.

Lorna Wallace-Davis
Lorna is an effective, experienced, talented and qualified (MSc in Human Resource Development (HRD) and Change Management) change agent utilising a variety of techniques to support the learning and development of individuals, teams and organisations. Lorna is also a qualified executive coach and mentor (ILM level 7).

Nia is an experienced, senior HR professional who has, over the past 20 years, successfully undertaken interim, project and consultancy assignments for a number of clients across diverse industry sectors. Results driven with an adaptable approach; Nia is able to effectively work with clients to determine their requirements in order to deliver people solutions that are aligned to their business priorities.
Our staff and volunteers
Suited for Success relies on a small team of passionate paid staff and over 35 committed volunteers. From our head stylist and styling team, administrators to business professionals volunteering a few hours a month doing one-to-one interview coaching appointments with clients to volunteer days with teams of staff from local businesses. Our team of staff and volunteers are instrumental in the day-to-day running of the charity.
