Supporting the ex-forces into employment
On Friday 4th May we hosted a great coffee morning at Suited for Success with some amazing ex-military charities who work to support ex-servicemen and women into employment and civilian life. Charities included The Royal British Legion, The Poppy Factory, Walking with the Wounded and SSAFA.
Transitioning to civvy street
On the morning we talked about the barriers and challenges experienced by men and women leaving the armed forces and transitioning into employment and how Suited for Success can support the great work the charities are doing in the West Midlands.
We're really looking forward to working with others to practically support unemployed ex-servicemen and women into work and show our commitment to honour and support the Armed Forces Community.
