The webinar presenter, Nisha Metha, is a mum of two and a joint director at Career Mums who are a Midlands-based social enterprise specialising in helping parents to return to work after a career break and inspire them to thrive in their careers. Nishi's professional background includes Employment and Skills and is a qualified Personal Performance coach.
