It's a wrap with Hexis UK
She's now described as our 'big blue bus'. We couldn't be more grateful to HEXIS UK for taking on the huge task of vehicle wrapping our bus as a charity donation. See the team in action.
A new suit for our bus
In May 2023 the HEXIS UK Managing Director Scott Wilkins visited Suited for Success. After hearing about our bus project and the stumbling block to find the funding to complete the project and one part of the bus conversion dream was to give the bus a new suit, commonly known as a “wrap”. Scott Wilkins knew this was maybe an area that his vinyl business could help with.
West Midlands based HEXIS UK then offered their incredibly generous charity support to sponsor the new wrap on the bus. Several months later and after a lot of planning, the HEXIS Team completed the project in over one week. The graphics were printed by Dope Signs Ltd and the wrap was facilitated at EDS Couriers Ltd.
A HUGE project
HEXIS UK Managing Director Scott Wilkin said: "After being introduced to Suited for Success and finding out that they needed to wrap a bus, I felt it was a great charity to support and be involved with. Our company HEXIS UK Ltd is one of the major suppliers of self adhesive cast pvc films to the sign, graphic and vehicle wrapping industries in the UK. Suited for Success needed a bus wrapped and our ability to facilitate this was a perfect match and a real pleasure to be able to offer our support!
“This was a huge project, bigger than what I expected, my staff have said that ‘I shouldn’t promise anything to anyone again’, without checking the logistics of the project first. The finished result of the Suited for Success bus wrap, is way better than we ever could have imagined, thank you to Stuart Shenton (who managed the project), the HEXIS Team and all involved!”
