James earned his degree in Mathematics, Operational Research, Statistics and Economics in the year 2000 and pursued a career in Market Research. After completing an MBA in 2007 James entered the world of Customer Experience and, over 10 years leading a team of 50 people in beautiful Birmingham, consulted some of the World's biggest brands on how to improve customer loyalty.

 

In 2019, James started his business, PRPSFL, to inspire people to find their Purpose so they can love work and lead more fulfilling lives. Organisations with Purpose are more effective as they attract the right people, then align and motivate them to deliver outstanding work. People who work in organisations with Purpose are more likely to love their work, lead better lives and create better communities and a fairer society. 

 

James started volunteering at Suited For Success in 2019 and loves helping people get jobs that can change their lives - and in turn create better communities and a fairer society. Becoming a Trustee is a huge honour and James hopes to help the charity develop, make new connections and truly make a difference
