Our Team - Lorna Wallace-Davis - Trustee
Lorna is an effective, experienced, talented and qualified (MSc in Human Resource Development (HRD) and Change Management) change agent utilising a variety of techniques to support the learning and development of individuals, teams and organisations. Lorna is also a qualified executive coach and mentor (ILM level 7)
Her extensive work experience, as a senior manager (Organisation Development and Learning) in the largest local authority in the country and as the director of her own learning and development company since 2008, has provided many opportunities to deliver real change in organisations, to shape the nature, culture and performance of teams and to assist individuals to reach their full potential.
An expert facilitator, Lorna combines a unique blend of professional integrity, motivation, and a personable values-based approach that supports development and learning.
Lorna joined Suited for Success in 2018 as a volunteer coach supporting jobseekers to prepare for employment

My background in social work and my experience as a qualified coach matched so well with the values and aspirations of Suited, which made it very easy for me to agree to become a volunteer and support people back into work. I thoroughly enjoy being part of the life journey for people who may be excluded for whatever reason and helping them to reach their potential.
