Our Team - Nia Carroll - Trustee
Nia is an experienced, senior HR professional who has, over the past 20 years, successfully undertaken interim, project and consultancy assignments for a number of clients across diverse industry sectors. Results driven with an adaptable approach; Nia is able to effectively work with clients to determine their requirements in order to deliver people solutions that are aligned to their business priorities.
Strategic and Operational Interim roles have included developing and delivering people strategies that are aligned with business strategy, building strong stakeholder relationships, and providing tailored, best practice solutions to business issues.
Project and Consultancy roles have included leading and providing advice on business transformation and change programmes and also organisation design and development.
Nia joined Suited for Success in January 2022 as a volunteer coach supporting jobseekers to prepare for employment
