Susan Davies is Head of Business for Santander, UK leading a team across a national network who work hard and are highly motivated to help people and businesses prosper. She is a confident speaker and engages audiences on support for business,
entrepreneurship, social enterprises and empowerment.
Susan has worked across a variety of relationship and leadership roles in Retail, Business and Corporate banking spanning 25 years and through her career has become a role model for women and a passionate advocate of career development.

As the Head of Business Banking at Santander UK, Susan leads a business team who provide banking solutions and support SME customers across the UK.
Being the Chair of Trustees Susan combines her two passions of fashion and business. Outside of work she is devoted to her extended family, loves to travel, an avid runner, cyclist and never misses a ski season!
